According to the build sheet in the gallery, factory equipment includes 19-inch Style 166M wheels, a limited-slip differential, Electronic Damping Control, a power sunroof, Merino leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, a power rear sunshade, and Park Distance Control.
Service documentation in the photo gallery indicates that the connecting rod bearings and rod bolts were replaced in March 2023. The only other modification reported by the seller is window tint.

Based on the E60-generation 5 Series, the fourth-generation M5 made its debut for the 2006 model year with a mighty V10 engine between its vented fenders. It followed its segment’s shift towards technology and luxury by offering enthusiasts a longer list of equipment than its predecessor, including a Power button and configurable driving modes. Production ended in 2010, and BMW hasn’t released another V10-powered M5 since.
Power comes from an S85 5.0-liter V10, rated at 500 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-spessed SMG automated manual transmission.
