The F50-generation Q was produced from 2001 until 2006, and as Infiniti’s flagship in the U.S., it was fitted with an array of luxury and tech features that rivaled top-market German offerings at the time. A big, twin-cam V8 engine also provided plenty of oomph, and the Q45 carried a near-$60k sticker price.
Power comes from a 4.5-liter V8, rated at 340 horsepower and 333 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission.
